There are some template shapes and colourful layout suggestions. I never knew how many combinations of stars you could get!
The use of colour is certainly the key to this book and I have spent some time just looking at the combinations used in the book.
The next block was waiting for me when I arrived home and I felt that stars were not right for it. Sophie had to come to my sewing group last night so helping here etc it took me nearly two hours to cut out my next block using a certain tutorial. By the time I had finished I could not be bothered to sew it! That will hopefully be today's job and I will post it tomorrow. It should look good and I want to add my own twist to it (if it works that is) before sending it on to Maria.
We are off to Truro in a while to try and sort out the Internet problems we have been having. Hubby is getting a little agitated as he needs the connection to work from home. Not helpful at all, but I am hoping to pop into a high street electrical shop for something in particular.......? Also something exciting arrived in the post this morning.....

I love the way that changing the colours in the blocks can change the appearance so much.
Love the book. I'll have to look out for that.
